All our dishes, prepared in-house, including the pasta, are made with organic products and locally sourced meat at km zero (truffle, porcini mushrooms, spelt, lentils, chickpeas, potatoes, lamb, veal, pork, vegetables…), where its location and altitude make the various courses exquisite and ineffable, leaving you “licking your fingers.”
